سياسة الخصوصية

تطبيق «عُبور» مساعد سفر يفحص رحلتك (التأشيرة والترانزيت والشنط) ويحسب أيام شنغن ويعرض الصالات. هذه السياسة توضّح البيانات اللي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها.
البيانات اللي نجمعها
- الحساب: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني (من تسجيل الدخول بـ Apple أو بالبريد).
- ملفك: الجنسية وتاريخ انتهاء الجواز فقط — لا نطلب رقم الجواز.
- رحلاتك: أرقام الرحلات والتواريخ والمطارات وأرقام الصالات (Terminals).
- التأشيرات: نوع التأشيرة وتواريخها — بدون أرقام.
- بطاقتك: نوع البطاقة ودرجتها فقط (مثل Visa Infinite) — لا نطلب رقم البطاقة أبداً.
- الإقامات اليدوية في شنغن اللي تضيفها بنفسك.
- تذاكر الدعم والرسائل اللي ترسلها لنا، ورسائلك مع «رفيق».
كيف نستخدمها
نستخدم البيانات فقط لتقديم خدمات التطبيق: فحص الرحلة، حساب أيام شنغن، عرض الصالات، الرد على أسئلتك ودعمك الفني. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلانية.
جهات تمر عليها البيانات
- Supabase: لتخزين بيانات حسابك بشكل آمن.
- Anthropic: لتشغيل المساعد «رفيق» وقراءة صورة أو ملف التذكرة اللي ترفعه. نرسل سؤالك مع بيانات رحلتك (التواريخ والجنسية والتأشيرات وانتهاء الجواز) أو الملف اللي تختاره، بدون اسمك وبدون أي أرقام وثائق. نطلب موافقتك داخل التطبيق قبل أول استخدام، وتقدر توقفه من «حسابي».
- مزوّد بيانات الرحلات: نرسل له رقم الرحلة والتاريخ فقط لجلب المواعيد.
حذف الحساب والبيانات
تقدر تحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 13 سنة.

Oboor is a travel assistant that checks your trip (visas, transit, baggage), counts your Schengen days and shows airport lounges.
Data we collect
- Account: name and email (Sign in with Apple or email).
- Profile: nationality and passport expiry date only — we never ask for your passport number.
- Trips: flight numbers, dates, airports and terminals.
- Visas: visa type and dates — no visa numbers.
- Card: card network and tier only (e.g. Visa Infinite) — we never ask for card numbers.
- Manual Schengen stays you add, support messages, and your messages with Rafiq.
How we use it
Only to provide the app's features. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use advertising trackers.
Processors
- Supabase — secure data storage.
- Anthropic — powers the Rafiq assistant and reads the ticket image/PDF you choose. We send your question with trip details (dates, nationality, visas, passport expiry) or the file you pick — never your name or document numbers. We ask your permission in the app before the first use, and you can turn it off in Profile.
- Flight data provider — receives the flight number and date only.
Account deletion
Delete your account and all data in the app: Profile → Delete account.
Children
Oboor is not directed to children under 13.
